I cannot actually believe I am running for 30 minutes. Never thought I would this point.

I'm very slow but sure time and fitness will improve this. I've stuck it religiously and tried push hard which I think the is I've wrong.

I'm so proud myself.

My legs still ache lots as do feet but thinking again will better time and a less weight.

I'm only entering Week 4 myself - was there a massive difficulty difference between 3 and 4? I've seen that it'll go from 90-second/3-minute runs to 3-minute/5-minute runs 🏃‍♀️ did you find it really hard?

Justinedr2000 I found each run prepares you for the next one..keep telling yourself this is what I am here for..to run a bit further today..I managed the last run so I can do this one…I am ready… and it will happen!!! 🏃‍♀️👍

justinedr2000, if I'm honest I did find it hard building up to the longer runs. But I just slowed down to comfortable pace. I didn't do that when I've tried before and then couldn't run for long enough.

Keep following the plan and listen to your body, if you feel you need to slow down to make it easier then don't feel bad about doing it.

You will do it. You've already probably done more than you thought you could.

If I can do it anyone can 🙂

Thays great, such an achievement, don’t push too hard, slow running is the way to fitness

Well done.

Are you doing plenty of stretching after? I think that is just as important as the warmup and cool down walks.

I'm doing the cool down stretches from the discover app. I've been doing them religiously and am much better than have been before when, I've tried and haven't stretched. I'm a few stone heavier now though so suspect thats probably the issue
