Thanks for being there all of you. I was very apprehensive about this run what with my achilles and hamstring issues, then delayed another few days as I fell foul of a bug. I decided to brave it this morning then had a terrible night's sleep spent dreaming of leg cramps 😂 I didn't include my 5 minute warm up and cool down for the first time in Strava. I did do them

That’s a very respectable pace and distance. I personally wouldn’t attempt to push any further or faster until I knew for sure there was no pain and obvious signs of recovery in between runs.
In your case I would definitely seek out the advice of a physio and incorporate non impact exercise too as, from reading your previous post, it does seem that this is a lingering issue for you. Good luck
