Hello everyone, I'm very excited to be starting today.

Run 1 ✅ looking forward to Wednesday for run 2.

I did graduate a few years ago but a knee problem put a stop to the running. Feel fully recovered so giving it another go. I do yoga a pilates but really hate cardio apart from running hopefully get abit of weight off too! Im 58 .

Wish me luck. X

forward to begin my yoga practice! Here's where to start:

Select a class: Look online or in person for a yoga class that is welcoming to beginners.

Prepare yourself by gathering a cozy yoga mat, appropriate clothing, and any necessary props.

Start off easy: Start with simple stances such the Child's Pose, Mountain Pose, and Downward Dog.

Observe directions: For appropriate alignment and breathing, pay attention to the instructor's suggestions.

Be patient; progress takes time; initially, don't push yourself too hard.

Regular practice will increase your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Respect your body's limitations and refrain from overstretching it.

End with a deep breath and a moment of relaxation in Savasana.

Enjoy: Take pleasure in the journey while taking use of yoga's health advantages.
