Further to my post about my daughter running with me as she trained for the Belfast Half Marathon, I am proud to say that she absolutely smashed it. She didn’t stop smiling the whole way through. It’s hard to believe that this is the same girl who used to hate running and this time last year she struggled to run 5k.
She achieved a very respectable time of 2:14:54 and raised over £1000 for Prostate Cancer UK in the process!
Many congratulations and as someone living with prostate cancer, can I say a very big thank you to your daughter.
