After my excellent run on Friday today was a different story. Felt harder and I had a cheeky walk at 2.5k. I probably went out too fast. But I'm not disappointed, I went out and did my best, you have good and not so good days but hey ho.

I do have some new running gear though 😁

Happy running everyone

Well done on your run and for celebrating what you did. I love the new clothes, the colour is really nice 😊.

I think we all do that-after a good run we feel invincible and…we aren’t! 😂 I think that’s why week 6 run 1 catches so many out on c25k. It sounds like you still had a good run/walk anyway, even if it wasn’t what you’d planned. Great attitude!Loving the new gear. 😍

Well done on your run, the hard ones are often the ones that help us get stronger and there’s no shame in a bit of a walk, new gear looks great

Well done for getting out there 👍👍👍totally agree with Missunderstanding after a fab run you can feel invincible so it can come as quite a shock to realise we're not! it's also happened to me, main thing is to be proud of what you did achieve and to carry on ! fab new running gear! 👍👍
