Thanks c25k - what a brilliantly structured programme. When I think of how heavy my breathing was at the beginning after 90 seconds running I am amazed and delighted. Now my legs tire long before my breath and I’ve had asthma most of my life - I’m 62.

Posted here for first time on Monday re stitch- thanks for responses and pressing/massaging the area really helped this week

Feel like Reece is my best mate! And have been diligently stretching pre and post with Steff in the app. Any tips about other stretching routines. I know there’s tons on YouTube but some recommendations would be good.

I am so excited about what comes next - definitely going to get into Park Run.
