20 min jog tomorrow!

No need to be. Take it slowly, pace yourself, listen to Laura. You can do it.

You'll be fine! Enjoy
got back an hour ago, and it was really good. You've done 8 minutes and 10 minutes comes sooner than you remember and before you know it you're 15 minutes in with 5 mins to go so you might as well finish. Your body can do it, it's just your mind to beat.

Good luck! Will be my turn next week, I've got the jitters already...
Thanks Guys!
Just got back - read your comments for a pep talk before hand and I fooking did it!
At 8 mins I knew I would be fine, after a while my legs started to get a bit tired but my breathing was fine which is the important thing. I evan tackled a big hill at about the 11min mark which I had been planning to avoid but I just thought, fuck it, I can run up that hill. 15 mins really did come round very fast.
When I got to walk at the end my legs went to jelly! Almost couldn't get up the hill.
Feel like a runner now xx
woop woop!!
I had to have a dress rehearsal for this run, but felt so amazing afterwards, still do actually lol

Yay well done! You ran up a hill too, that's impressive
Reading how everyone is managing to overcome the big scary 20mins is making me feel a lot more confident I have to admit.
Beth - Your Amazing
I just read this and I'm so excited - I'm wk 5 R2 tonight and I'm already getting nervous about the 20 minutes later this weekk, but reading your comments is so inspiring.
