No need to be. Take it slowly, pace yourself, listen to Laura. You can do it.

got back an hour ago, and it was really good. You've done 8 minutes and 10 minutes comes sooner than you remember and before you know it you're 15 minutes in with 5 mins to go so you might as well finish. Your body can do it, it's just your mind to beat.

Thanks Guys!

Just got back - read your comments for a pep talk before hand and I fooking did it!

At 8 mins I knew I would be fine, after a while my legs started to get a bit tired but my breathing was fine which is the important thing. I evan tackled a big hill at about the 11min mark which I had been planning to avoid but I just thought, fuck it, I can run up that hill. 15 mins really did come round very fast.

When I got to walk at the end my legs went to jelly! Almost couldn't get up the hill.

Feel like a runner now xx

Yay well done! You ran up a hill too, that's impressive :D

Reading how everyone is managing to overcome the big scary 20mins is making me feel a lot more confident I have to admit.
