How on earth did I manage that ๐๐โโ๏ธ It was a hard steady run for 25 minutes. I havenโt run for that long in such a long time.
I had to give up running because I was in a lot of pain with my gallbladder. I had it taken out last year and then got lazy.
So here I am again and Iโm so proud of myself at the moment. Itโs not been easy at all, but Iโm getting back into running again.
So to all the newcomers and those whoโve started again. Keep going, you can do it ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ

AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 2 years ago You managed that run fine Tazzy_wazzy, well done, you can do it, you have done it, by running run 3 of week 6 you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, good news๐๐โโ๏ธyou deserve to be very proud of yourself, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs, you already know that, not long now until you graduate for the second time. ๐ ๐๐พ ๐

Thank you. It was tough last year when I had surgery. I ended up in intensive care for 24 hours xx

Well today was W6 R3 And I thought of you . If TW can do it so can I. I find the first few minutes of running I am creaking , clacking and
Almost hobbling as joints get into place and when get settled enjoy a better pace.
I've been very disciplined in warming up so I reckon its the age...
Anyhow Brillant you're cracking on even in this heat.
I reckon it may get easier as weather cools. Well that's a hope for us. ๐ฅ
