Run for 28 minutes- that’s what! Wk8R1 in the bag after a really busy day and it felt amazing.

You read a lot about pacing and it’s absolutely true, I feel I could run forever once I’ve found my comfy pace.

I’ve seen this a lot too. I had never run, never thought I could run and certainly never imagined I’d enjoy running.

If this is you- RUN! Keep RUNNING!

This app is unbelievable.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

You’re so right! I’m keep wondering: how did I get to 44 without discovering this joy?? Just finished week 8 last night! We’ve come so far. Love this app!

I have to agree with you- it's a great programme! It works like a dream and yes, a lot of people (myself definitely being one of them) have actually found a passion for running. Who'd have thought it? Keep up the good work, and keep enjoying it!

Well done! I just finished W7 today. Starting to struggle and dread my runs a bit (I enjoyed it up to W7). Not sure why. Any tips gratefully received

I’m guessing that you’re pace isn’t right and wonder if you’re running faster subconsciously? Try and work out if it’s your legs or breathing or just your head.

Maybe change your route for different perspective or change what you listen to- but change something! You’ve come too far to give up, your body can do this if your mind let’s it 💪👏👏

Aw thanks Abcd50, I will think about making changes. I’m away for the weekend, so starting W8 on Monday. 🤞🤞

Well done you! I had my W8R1 today as well and I am simply enjoying my runs and will keep doing them after week 9 just as well. And I don’t even care so much about week 9, although it seemed like an impossible goal 7 weeks ago. This app is really amazing!
