A ‘Week Off’

So I decided to have a week ‘off’, as on the second day my knees and heels were feeling distinctly dodgy 😊 So I’ve done a 90 min slow to moderate walk through fields with OH (skylark field, potato field, sheep field and picnic field:) Sunday. Then a 20 min brisk walk followed by strength exercises Monday. Today I’m planning a 5k brisk walk, then Thursday a 40 mins brisk with a few jog-lets. All that should set me up nicely for starting week 6 on Sunday. Thanks for all the advice and support on this forum, it really keeps me going, I love keeping up with everyone’s journeys!
