Ladies, What Running Shades do you Wear?

With my wife's birthday fast approaching, I feel now is the time for some surprise running shades. As a contact lens wearing fair weather only runner, she wouldn't be happy if I came up with some expensive gear that she'd wear only when the sun is shining (not too often then). Likewise, if I present her with some patched up job that I got from a guy in the back alley, she wouldn't feel very happy and special either. So, quality and style are a must but with no calls from a concerned bank manager.

What do you ladies think? I need all the help I can get!

Ooh! Sunglasses! Usually down to personal choice! I run in Oakleys, but that’s my preference , also I am able to wear them with my cycle helmet. If your wife wears contacts, would she want prescription lenses in them? I’d get her a voucher or an IOU for sunglasses of her choice……then you can’t get it wrong!😎

Oakleys look top dollar, class and style. She’d disagree given the frequency (or the lack) of her runs. However, on a selfish note, I’ll look into them for my own birthday 🥳, as I’m the one who’s out there winter/spring/rain/shine/home or away. Needs must. 😉

Goodr look business, I admit. For a reason, as a contact lense wearer myself, I steer away from prescription shades. I either lose them or sit on them. It’s stronger than me. 🤷‍♂️ Another reason is the price and the selection of my shades. If I were to go prescription on all of them, I’d impoverish our household very quickly. 😐
