I did it!

Ran my graduation run early Saturday morning, clear blue sky, warm sunshine and crisp cool air... perfect! At 60 years old I never actually thought I'd enjoy running, I was a school girl sprinter and hurdler, but C25k has been inspirational for me, I've achieved my goals, and in doing so set myself on a path to follow to be able to keep up with those pesky grandchildren!!!

Well done. It's a great feeling. I too was a sprinter and hurdler at school and never took to any distance running, but the program is great for challenging us to get to the end and feel great. Good luck.

As for the grandchildren, enjoy your new fitness levels with them but I suspect they'll have an endless supply of energy 😂

Many congrats it’s a great feeling once you graduate, remember and claim your graduation badge which goes next to your name on the forum. I think that was the reason I graduated I was determined to see that badge. Happy consolidation runs.
