Someone must have got out the wrong side of bed when they came up with W5 R3

The step up in distance was too much for me today. Made it to about 14 minutes then faced with a steep incline my resolve dissolved. Rest day and then go again.

Congratulations on your progress.

This FAQ Post about W5 may put it all in perspective for you healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

W5R3 is actually the shortest workout since W3, so the step up is mental, rather than physical.

Perhaps alter your route to avoid inclines towards the end.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Slow and steady, an IannodaTruffe has given you the facts. Many folk have and do feel like you, but it really is, just another week with other runs and you are completely set up to complete it. If you are able to avoid the hills, if they are a struggle, right now, then it may be an idea , but if not, just take it very gently and you will succeed:)

Well done you!

Thanks for the support from IannodaTruffe and yourself.

Went out today and nailed it. Only target today was to get to the top of that hill that beat me last time and when I did I felt so elated that I just kept on going.

W6 here I come...
