I ran for 20 mins. Me. It was soooo weird - my legs and arms were just like a machine and when i felt heavy i just wiggled my hips more.

Played a kind of weird jogging game focussing on different things in turn...strong legs strong legs strong legs strong legs, then strong arms...then breathing, then relaxing shoulders - I couldn't stop when 20 mins came had to slow down gently and then...

Legs of lead lol

But i did it :D

Well done! It's a great feeling isn't it ( especially when you get the feeling back in your legs) 😁

Well done! I know that heavy leg feeling -strangely enough it hurts more to walk than to run after a while :)

Well done, Melly.

I think we all get that heavy leg thing when slowing to a walk after a longer run but it passes soon enough.

Great job, its a wonderful feeling that you have made such significant progress. Even the heavy legs feel good in a weird sort of way.
