Week 7, I'm coming for you!!

I was still fairly comfortable when Denise said the 25 mins was up, but there was a strange sensation when I started to walk - like my legs weren't working properly. Weird. Anyhow, the great news is that, according to Denise, I'm officially a runner, and according to the lovely admin team on here, my slow jog shuffling is classed as running. Result! Not sure if my new running shoes helped any, I was too busy running to even notice them. Which I'm sure is the point of a good pair.

Week 7, here I come!!

Of course now you're a runner, your legs weren't working properly in a walk! You'll just have to run everywhere from now on 😂 I'm tackling this run tomorrow so will be interesting to see if mine feel the same!

Woo hoo! Well done. I am 1 run behind you. Just done W6R2 and actually loved it ! Can wait to do the 25 mins! I won’t believe it!

Yeah, good shoes are very much notable for how much they aren’t noticed!

Great run… enjoy week 7, the first week without any intervals.

Don’t worry about next week. You have trained for this; just take it really really slowly. Three weeks filled with laps of honour. 👏👏👏👍

I completed that run today. You know that bit where Denise says words to the effect of "One minute to go, if you're feeling OK, why not pick up the pace for the last minute"? I shouldn't have done that! 😰
