Week 7 Run 3 - fitness improvements!

I posted about a week ago about the multiple attempts it took me to do Week 7 Run 1.

I'm not gonna lie, it knocked my confidence and I got the fear about doing these longer runs (even though I've completed this once before!)

Well, I've just finished Week 7 Run 3. I can feel my fitness improving and my fitbit is recording it for me.

Run 1 - 10 mins peak

Run 2 - 4 mins peak

Run 3 - 0 mins peak (and higher speed on treadmill) and avg BPM is 10 less than run 1.

I'm usually a tomato faced, bright red bodied, sweaty mess when I'm finished.

Today my skin is normal colour and although there's a bit of sweat it's nothing like the first few weeks.

If you're struggling, keep going, the fitness is building, even if you've slowed down some runs, and even if you taken a few attempts at a run... it seems it all counts!
