Yay! Graduation run complete! Had planned out a 5k route beforehand and just went for it. Was feeling ok at 30 mins and had done about 3.7k so decided to just keep going and see how long it took. Legs started going a bit wobbly at about 38mins but only had 0.5k to go. Finally made it to 5k in 41.34! So happy! On Friday I ran my fastest 1k split and today I ran my furthest distance, ever! I think I am now a graduate!

Thank you. I definitely recommend planning a 5k that you are familiar with, especially one without too many hills. Great confidence boost to complete it.
Thank you! I'm going to treat myself to a bar of chocolate as I have been good and not had any since week 1! Good luck with the rest of your runs. Can't wait to read about your graduation run next weekend!
Good luck with your last few runs before graduation. I'll be keeping an eye out for your run reports. Next is to work on increasing speed a little bit, to get a little closer to the 30 min mark! Just committing to 3 runs a week is going to be the first challenge.
A huge pat on the back to you ! Not only finishing W9R3, but keeping going till you hit 5K... brilliant! Now onwards and trainer wards, Graduate... may the force of the Sports shoe be with you....
