That run seemed easier than the previous one. Not sure I’m ready for the 3 minutes that are part of the next run. I’m gonna trust in the C25k though and do it.

That’s great you have already finished week 2 well done. Don’t think too much into week 3 just get your music on and stay at a slow pace it will be over before you know it. Remember you can always repeat a week if you feel your not ready to move on. As long as you keep going that’s the main thing, you have come this far you don’t want to have to start all over. Happy running.

I felt the same (and still do about each increase). As you say, trust the programme.
If the that run felt easier, you may well find you’re ready physically. My brain is a terrible judge of what I can actually do so I just try it.

As already mentioned, there is overall no more running in W3 than W2.
