Thinking about c25k? do it!!

4 years ago age 61 I started my running journey. I'll be forever grateful to the fantastic c25k plan. Aged 60 I followed the plan and graduated. I'm slow and steady but I kept running. Regular parkruns (another brilliant organisation) and since then I've done 2 charity 10k runs in Central London and this Sunday I'm participating in the London Landmarks Half Marathon and raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK. From couch to potato to half marathon in 5 years. The reason for my post is to say to any doubters out there - you can do it!! Follow the plan - it works. The benefits of running 3 times a week are enormous and to take part in organised events, parkrun and other events is so exciting. Any age, any level of fitness - If I can do it you can!!
