Completed Couch to 5K today!
After a few weeks of running at the gym, I felt nervous about taking it outside, but was meeting some friends so that helped.
I went slow and “conversational”, which is what we should all do. For those out there struggling, you’re probably going too fast. No shame in slowing down.
