My Budapest Challenge - Job Done!

Last week I posted that I was going to visit my son in Budapest and that as a recent C25K graduate I was very nervous about his challenge for the two of us to run 5k around Margaret Island in the Danube. Well I did it! Here are some before and after pics. He is almost as proud of me as I am of myself - knocking on 65 and wholly unfit until I decided to do something about it. Everyone on this programme has my utmost admiration xxx
