So it's W5R3 ..........

Absolutely NOT convinced I'm going to manage this one this morning

Have managed (just) all the others but this is a monumental leap - 20 minutes? You have got to be joking!!

Anyway I'll get my kit n running shoes on and as ever try and do as much as I can - that's what's got me through so far

Exactly how I felt - set off at a slow and steady pace. Put some music on and just run, don't concentrate on how long you've been running for 👍🏻

I focussed on getting to milestones rather than how long it would take

Yes it's a challenge but the programme has prepared you for it. Have faith in it and in yourself. Run nice and slow and enjoy the 20 minute run :)

W5R2 you ran and walked for a total of 31 minutes and W5R3 you run walk for 30 minutes.........You can do this!!

Yeah but there was no walking breaks this run

Seems 20 mins isn't forever after all!!!

I did it!!!

Thanks for support - it does help - especially thinking I can't post and say I didn't manage it!!!!!

Yes it was slow but I even managed to speed up for last 2 mins and even felt I could have carried on !!
