Completed a second session of 30 minutes of continuous running last Saturday thereby completing the C25K programme. Can I apply for a graduate badge please?

The last run I covered overall 4.4km in the 30 minutes run with an extra 15minutes warm up and cool down walk.

Did the 3rd run of 30 minutes continuous running this morning. Covered an overall total of 4.1km with 15 minutes of warming up walking before beginning the run. I would like to apply for the graduate badge please.

Hi, and congratulations on your graduation 😁👍🎉🎉🎉The normal route for claiming your Graduate badge would be to reply to the current months graduation badge post which can be found in the pinned posts section off the forum.

However , as you have asked me directly I will apply it now for you !

I'm sure our current badge custodian Hidden won't mind too much !

Then perhaps take a look at this for what's next !
