1st run for 3 weeks due to a cold & then a vest infection just after completing week 5.
I decided to just go out try running & if struggling then walk felt a bit tight chested but managed 2 miles.
Hopefully I can start week 6 next week.

Don't worry about the distance covered. C25k is duratio based and the most effective pace to develop your aerobic base is one at which you can comfortably hold a conversation. Faster is not better.
