Graduated!

Today I graduated! Can't quite believe it to be honest, I've never achieved anything relating to fitness so this is a massive moment!

Completed my last run, covering a little over 5kms in 30 mins. I'm 1 stone 2lbs lighter, 2 notches down on my belt and have a massive improvement to my fitness.

My final week has been stretched over a couple of weeks elapsed time due to knee issues unfortunately but I've managed to overcome them to finish today. I wish I had followed the advice of buying some new trainers at week 4!

Thanks to this group for the hints and tips. If I can do it - anyone can do it!

Well done!

You've reach the end of your beginning :-)

Consolidation time now for a few weeks and the perfect moment to think about where you want to go with your running.

Enjoy!

PS - have you changed your diet whilst doing C25K? 1 stone is good going!

No real diet, just sensible eating really
