Completed my first 5K!!

Just wanted to write a post as I completed my first 5K yesterday, at a parkrun!

I finished the last run of C25K on Wednesday and headed out yesterday morning for my first 5K! I finished in 31:29!! I was so pleased with myself!

I just can’t believe that 9 weeks ago, I could barely run for 1 minute and now I’ve run 5k without stopping!

Hope this is a bit of motivation for anyone currently doing the C25K - just keep going, it really does work!
