I started C25k on 28th Jan (I couldnβt do the 90seconds without feeling sick), eventually finished on 11th May after a few hiccups and repeated weeks. Iβve been consolidating with 3 runs every week (well apart from one when I only managed 2) and this morning I ran a whole proper 5k in 36.29.
Big thanks for the running guides and info, and to everyone that posts their stories and runs, bad or good, youβve really helped me.
Iβm not sure whatβs next but I do think Iβm enjoying it. I have looked a JuJuβs magic 10 but, 60 mins is a little bit scary at the moment.

Congratulations on running your first 5K in 36.29, I am sure that you enjoyed your run, well done, just proves how successful you have been running since January when you couldn't run for 90 seconds without feeling sick, you can now run for over 35 minutes and feel great after each ππΎ π run.
If you do Ju Ju's Magic 10, eack week you will run a little further so by the end of the plan, like C25K you will be able to run a 10K.
I did actually enjoy it but great after each run might be pushing it, good possibly π but definitely a million times better than January. Iβll have a glass of wine and a think about the magic 10 tonight
When it starts again you might enjoy Parkrun? π
Meanwhile do you have some running goals & hopes to work on? Have you tried the C25K + podcasts - stepping stones, speed, & stamina? - sorry I tried to send you the link, but it didnβt work β but it must be on the forum somewhere - or someone better at technology than me will give it to you. π
I am currently doing Magic 10 building up to an hour - I am just plodding along gently, with enjoyment as my main aim & donβt care how long it takes. π
Thanks I had a quick look at the stepping stones not sure about the speed one but I might try the stamina one or maybe I might start magic 10 and look at the time rather than the km.
2 more runs this week till i need to decide what happens next week π
