Week 3 complete! Feeling pretty chuffed about it. 3 minutes doesn't sound like a lot...but I wasn't sure how I would go with it....and once again, I am pleasantly surprised by how quickly the endurance and stamina builds up. But I am taking it slowly, trying to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells as I make my way around and over and under and down and up....I won't say it's easy - I was definitely ready to stop today but I am looking forward to the challenge of running (well, jogging) 5 minutes non-stop next week. Looking forward to it...but also slightly apprehensive. Ay...Tuesday is coming!!

You actually ran for NINE minutes and brisk walked for SIXTEEN..........
The overall duration of each workout is crucial, not just the running intervals.
