Week 5 and I actually managed 20 mins non stop. Rather slow 2 miles but I don’t care that’s probably the first time in 30+ years I’ve gone non stop.

Take it easy with week 6 run 1 as it often catches people out with going back to intervals!
Time not distance, seems to be important. I hope it is starting to get a bit easier.Looking forward to this one later in the week so I will soon find out if you are right!
