Very pleased to have just completed Week 6 without any issues! My nerves before longer runs have certainly faded since the week 5 20 min run and I now find my mind wandering on to other things to think about other than running.
For someone who has never really been into exercising in any form, this C25K plan is one of the best things I have ever done! I have run every other day since the beginning of Jan and have only had one aborted run near the end (Week 5 run 2) due to chest pain. In all honesty I have never felt better than I do at the moment.
Looking forward to completing the program - and with a week planned on the Welsh Coast in a week or so, I'm looking forward to running with some different scenery and fresher air!

Week 6 was my favourite! It was the point that I realised that I could do this- which seemed like a miracle at the time. Good luck to you. There will be ups and downs but you are a runner and you have such amazing adventures ahead!
Sounds like you're really finding that pleasure in running, just letting your mind wander and looking at things around you. I love running when we go away, that change of scenery is just fabulous. And you're not going to get much finer than that on the Welsh coast!! Enjoy.
