Wow!!!!!! Today Laura told me I was a runner after completing week 6 run 3. It was hard towards the end as my legs started to ache but I was determined to do it. Still can't quite believe I've made it this far πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well done Bear7, I'm going for W6R3 on Tuesday. Have found that the runs without a break are better for me but know there's a reason for the walks. Goodon you, keep up the good work, so great so many people are increasing their fitness with this programme 😊
