12 months ago I started my C25K journey, the first week I could barely run for 60 seconds let alone 30 minutes. Fast forward 1 year and here I am running 3 times a week for 30 minutes, I still rarely get to 5k as it’s not flat where I live & am now confident enough to now take my dog, I enjoy it so much I even bought a treadmill for the rainy days. Most days I you are just starting out on the C25K journey, you will get there, I had off weeks but struggled through.

Great to hear of another life changed permanently for the better.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Stick with it and persevere. I started c25k in approx May 2020 and struggled to even run a mile. My 5K time was around 45-50 mins. My time is now between 25-30 mins, I ran my first HM last year and am entering the Birmingham Great Run HM in May.
I was definitely not a runner two years ago, but with determination you'll get to enjoy running, look forward to smashing personal bests and start entering races.
Congratulations runner! (I do like your name BTW) . It is great to be able to run regularly and no doubt you feel the benefit!
