I haven't posted since the first week of my journey but this run has got me scared!!!Lol...But, I am ever hopeful - when I started C25K I had to do Week 1 3 times because I was so unfit but since then I have come on and completed every run! Not bad for a 41 year old, initially 7 stone overweight (now only 5 - whoo hoo), 30 a day smoker with asthma...I cannot believe how great this program is! Just looking for encouragement and hoping to inspire others at the beginning of their journey :) . I'll let you know how it went...argh.......

Thanks for sharing certainly inspiring. As far as encouragement goes I am only on wk1 however with the determination on all your achievements so far, I feel and you should believe you have so got this in the bag :-)

I did week 5 run 3 yesterday and I can't believe I managed it ok. I'm 66 year old woman who has never run in my life so I am sure you can do it too. Keep the demons away, they are telling you that you can't do it and you can.
