I really think I’m getting there!!

Well I’ve reached W7 of C25k and set out this morning in the wind and rain. Headed up Pilford Heath into the woods. Felt really good being back in the woods. Just after I started running a young lad passed me and gave me a high 5, really lifted my spirits, I asked for a tow but just got a smile!! Completed my 25 minutes without stopping. Kelvin’s (he’s a coach on my online running group) heart rate tips worked as when I looked at my stats, a year ago I ascended Pilford Heath in exactly the same time but average HR had dropped from 147 to 120 which is probably why the run felt so good. I even managed to speed up when Sanjeev said, “go on just 60 seconds to go”
