I'm so excited at actually how far I've come! I actually thought by week1 run 3 I would've given up . I am however feeling nervous for tomorrow, did anyone else feel like it was a big jump to run 20minutes solid? 🙈 X

Week 5 run 3 is great !You will really feel like a runner after completing it.
And it's not actually a big jump at all .
Infact if you look at the timings then you will see that week 5 run 3 is 1 minute less of a training session than week 5 run 2 .

I did my w5r3 yesterday & was certainly nervous the day before. In the morning, decided to just focus on the run & to not give up before Laura says so!Surprisingly it was not bad at all..mostly did it while chatting & people watching, so time flew.
