Woohoo! Just finished the last run of the programme! At the beginning, running just a couple of minutes put me out of my comfort zone. But I stuck with it this time and followed all the advice to avoid getting injured - run slower, do some strength training, drink lots of water. Now I'm looking forward to consolidating and seeing where I can get to next. Thanks to everyone on this forum for your advice and encouragement!

Keep running, keep smiling.
Thanks IannodaTruffe it feels nice to be called a runner! I just had my 50th birthday in the weekend so this feels like a healthy way to go into a new decade!!
Well done 👏
Well done! I’m only at week 2 so your story is inspirational, thanks!
Well done.
Very well done! I completed mine a few weeks ago and have very similar experiences to you. I’m now consolidating by repeating the 30 minute runs for several weeks before I increase to 32 minutes and more, so that I can run the 5K of the park run.
Congratulations fellow runner! 👏I'm currently redoing the plan after an enforced layoff of a few months currently on week 4.
There's lots of information and sound advice in the link from IannodaTruffe so do have a read.
Happy Running! 🏃♀️😁
Congratulations on completing C25K!
