Anyone who reads my posts, know I am finding running hard. Well, today wk5 run 1 , I have learnt it is not running I find hard, it is finding stamina and leaving baggage at home as some have already suggested. Out of my pocket went to turn her off. And a voice said “ stop right there” in a meatloaf voice. . Back she went in my pocket and I finished the run.
