I've only gone and done it😁, week 9, run 3 completed and pushed to 5k in about 36 minutes. Thanks for all the support, especially at the beginning when I had painful knees and didn't think I could carry on. Merry Christmas one and all 🎅🏃‍♀️🎄

Many congrats! Two successes for the price of one, and both fully deserved. Keep up the discipline of running 3 times a week and you will see your 5k time drop quite quickly. I graduated a couple of weeks ago and am getting quicker to the tune of about a minute a week without even thinking about it.
