Following on from my post this morning I've now tested positive for covid! So now I can't go running even if I wanted to. Roll on Christmas!

Thanks Al I feel ok to be honest apart from a cough so I'm not too worried. I only really go the weekly shop so who knows?

Hi Bill, so sorry to read about your severe shin splints and delays to your graduation 😢 and then this, covid!! I wish you a very speedy recovery. 🙏. I'm struggling a bit at the moment, I had to stop my 3rd consolidation run after 6 minutes due to a pain in my right foot a week ago. Doing foot exercises now with a roller and ball slightly better but not good enough to run yet.Take care of yourself, I'll keep the champagne 🍾 on ice pending your graduation (even though I don't drink). All the best 😉 x

Thanks Jane. It is what it is I suppose. I'm feeling ok at the moment and the rest up will help with my shins. Sorry to hear about you though, best to rest though save doing any more damage. I'll look forward to that glass of champagne, virtual or not 👏🥂
