Wearing glasses when it rains??

Help! I just went for a walk in the wind & rain (can't run this week) and struggled to see where I was going, wore a cap but it was so windy it either blew off or my circulation was cut off as I had it on so tightly to prevent it taking flight, has anyone any tips about keeping rain off my glasses so I can see where I'm going?

I wear a Ronhill running cap most days which keeps the rain off my specs. If its very heavy I either take them off or have a glasses cleaner in my pocket to give them a quick wipe now and again. Most times though the cap works well.

Do the ronhill caps stay on well? I've a karrimor running cap but it blows off in even a slight breeze unless it's really tight,

My Ronhill is adjustable (velcro) so if its very windy I fasten it a bit tighter and pull the peak down, probably run looking downwards a bit more too if I think about it, instead of looking forward. It dries very quickly and still looks like new after over 9 months use.

Forgot to say, its slightly stretchy and very light weight too, black & grey not very girlie though.

Yes, they do. I have one too and it fits really well and stays on. I've only taken it off a couple of times when the wind has been coming from the side in gusts. As Oldgirl says, the fastening is velcro so it's really easy to adjust to make it slightly tighter when it's very windy.

I have a cowboy-style hat with chin-strap - I hate wearing the chin-strap down as it looks naff, but it does stop it blowing off, and it does keep the rain off my glasses. Mostly the chin-strap is tucked up inside the top of the hat, but it works well when I need it. If it's really windy though, the brim flaps up and down and is very annoying!
