Finally…. W7 R3 and I am starting to enjoy running!

It all fell in to place this morning. Garmin kept me to 12 min/mile pace and I felt great….. can honestly say I was disappointed when Denise told me to slow down to a walk. Also have to say that a change of route helped, running from Branksome to Bournemouth along the promenade with the sun coming up over the sea this morning was spectacular. What a wonderful start to the weekend.

Good for you.

Just keep the pace nice and comfortable and the magic will happen.........push too hard and you can undo all your work.

Looks like another life changed for good.

One I was not expecting to happen only a week or so ago. Perseverance certainly pays off. Enjoy your next run, I’m sure you will.

Good for you, the longer runs seem to let you relax more and settle into it and a gorgeous sunrise just boosts the mood for the day ahead 😊

Absolutely…. I now realise that a number of things need to be in place for me to enjoy a run…the journey has been tough but now really starting to reap the rewards. Enjoy your next outing. I have no doubt you will.

Well in buddy! It's great when you enjoy it isn't it, the buzz is the best! I like that your Garmin gadget told you keep to a pace that's good for you, think I need to look into something like that as I don't Fitbit does that. Your route sounds amazing too, seeing the sunrise while you're loving your run, wow! Here's to smashing graduation in the next 2 weeks 👊👍
