So Just finished my 2nd week of consolidation runs this morning and actually enjoyed the running whilst doing it! When I was doing the programme, I didnt enjoy it but like the challenge and the feelings once I completed each run.
I'm supporting my Muslim friends during Ramadan so have moderated my runs as I'm fasting however I'm still running 3xweek but just not as long- approx 3k each run. The good thing about this is my friends will be starting C25K once Ramadan is over!
Anyway something click this morning as it felt good and comfortable plus I did my fastest km to date-4'25". I'm so looking forward to when I can get back to my normal running schedule as I cant wait to see where it takes me, especially trying to run for longer periods.
