I am a big fan of Matt Frazier, who writes the No Meat Athlete blog. He now also writes for Huffpost and this article I thought was a worthy read for us all. Loads of really good tips:

Great article and lots of good information. It made so much sense to me as I have just swapped my running attitude to something very similar and found my runs a lot more pleasurable also I have made strides forward. That was from being really stuck at one point.

Very interesting points. Recently I've slowed right down and must admit enjoy the run much more. Am working to increase cadence but can't quite manage 180 yet. Some good tips in the article so will try them.

Thanks for posting.

Good article... liked this bit.... "If you're having trouble running consistently, just slow down. Think of your task as movement, rather than running. "

his website is very good too. as is his book and his half and full marathon roadmaps. Don't be put off by the vegan thing - it is very undogmatic and not strident Birkenstocky ranty at all.
