Hi I completed WK9 jog 1 on Wednesday I am so proud of myself. It was hard but it was one of my better jogging experiences. I’m not sure when I will graduate as I’m going into Hospital 2m for an operation. That was my motivation to get fit to help my recovery. I have also lost 7lbs. I will be back on soon for advice on how to restart my journey to graduation.

Well done on your progress.
As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out for a gentle run and see what we can comfortably manage, then use C25k or something similar to rebuild stamina and resistance to injury.
You will soon be back up to speed.
