I Did It!!! Week 9 Run 3 Complete!!

After a short enforced break due to a minor procedure followed by a cold, I finally got out for the last run of the program (but not my last run, for sure 😀). The last 8 days of inactivity have really eaten at me!

I'd like to thank everyone on the forum for their support, especially IannodaTruffe and Instructor57 whose advice has been crucial. Thanks so much!!
