I Did It. Week 9 Run 3

I did it. Finally today was the day of my last C25K run and it was a good one. Tried not to put pressure on myself to perform well or make it such a big deal. In the end it was my best pace and longest distance. I would never have thought I could run as far as I did when I started in April. I have read tons of posts and have a plan in place on how to continue my journey.

If you are just starting or half way through yourself, keep at it. It does get easier and the feeling you get when you complete it is the best x

Well done you! That looks like West Kirby?....

I've recently started the programme and am on week 5 run 2..... As you say the sense of achievement is just the best!.. and it can only be beneficial to my health ... but i am considerably older than you... I ran 25 years ago only for a couple of 5k corporate runs but then work life balance got in the way - How i wish i had kept it up

I will be super chuffed to finish the programme and then incorporate it into part of my lifestyle... :-)
