Whoop Whoop. Oh my golly πŸ˜„. I did it!! OK, I was slow, but I did it. A whole 20 minutes in one stretch. WoW what a good feeling. Onwards and upwards.

I also have strong muscles in my calves instead of cotton wool (and muscles appearing elsewhere) who'd have thought it eh?

So proud of myself ⭐.

Don't give up....we can really do this.

Have a lovely evening everyone 😘

So now you will be grinning for a week.

Congratulations.

Take W6R1 nice and slow.........it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

😊 I most certainly will 😊. I felt elated after week 3 but my sense of achievement today is off the scale. I will most definitely remember your advice on Friday for W6R1. Slow and steady will be my motto from now on. In the past, I would have given up in week 1 as it was hard trying something way out of my comfort zone and I have never been known for my patience, but, at last, I have learned its virtue.

Well done you ! That's a milestone run in the program 😁

You are right to be proud of yourself !

As already suggested, take week 6 run 1 easy as it catches people out , probably because they feel invincible after completing week 5 😁

Thankyou 😊 not so sure about invincible but so, so pleased I have continued with this programme. Not only have I absolutely amazed myself but also some folk who know me who said I would give up as it's in my nature to throw in the towel when things don't go my way. Not anymore. I've learned some valuable lessons these past 5 weeks and will continue to do so.

Absolutely, this program will teach you much more than just running if you are open to it πŸ˜πŸ‘

You deserve to be very proud of yourself, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ

AlMor, thankyou. I'm taking on board all the advice I've been given for W6. I'll let you all know how I get on.

Well done Janec - you ran 20 minutes! Doesn’t matter if it’s slow or fast, you were running! And at this stage of the game, slow is good!
