I haven't been able to access the site for the last couple of days but I did my 1st run/brisk walk of week one on Sunday morning on the treadmill at the gym, followed by the usual routine I follow there. I've been planning to start for weeks and weeks, if not months, so it felt good to have made a start at last. I still ache a bit now but the plan is to get up early tomorrow and hit the gym and treadmill again before work. I'm telling lots of people so that when the alarm goes off at silly o'clock in the morning and I really want to stay in bed, I'll make myself get up so I don't have to admit to failure !!
