Joggle on winner. Well that's how I feel this morning...like a winner. Week 3 Run 1 done...and it felt great. I was really worried about this one with the jump up to 3 minute runs from 90 seconds in Week 2 but I kept my pace down and was fine.
Then a nice walk with the dogs as a cool down before the rain.
Time for a nice cuppa and off to work. Step count 8799 and its 6.50am! 🤣🤣
