W5R3 in the NHS C25K plan, which most people here are following, is a 20 minute run. We would advise you to stick to the plan.

Are you sure you didn't do Week 6 Run 3 instead? Week 5 ends with a 20 minute run.
I answered my phone whilst running and it paused the app. By the time I realized I'd ran the extra 5mins.
